It may be helpful (and important) to broadly share this shorter synopsis by Jon Sneider which he titled *DARK MAGA*

“If you're a little confused about what Musk is trying to achieve with DOGE, here's the breakdown:

Elon Musk and Peter Thiel co-founded a company that became PayPal.

Other executives at PayPal went on to found or lead other huge tech companies including YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, Affirm, and many VC firms.

This group became known as the “PayPal mafia” because they basically controlled Silicon Valley.

Peter Thiel mentored a young JD Vance and helped him get set up in his first VC firm.

Peter Thiel and the “PayPal mafia” funded JD Vance's successful Senate campaign. Amazing because he had absolutely zero political experience.

Thiel and Musk all but forced Trump to choose JD Vance as VP in exchange for funding his presidential campaign.

The three of them, plus a lot of other tech billionaires, subscribe to an ideology called “the Dark Enlightenment” espoused by this super weird, creepy dude:

Curtis Yarvin (aka Mencius Moldbug).

Yarvin preaches that the media and academia represent "The Cathedral" that secretly controls power and must be dismantled.

He advocates for a corporate-run monarchy, led by a CEO-Dictator.

He says that Democracy is an "outdated software" and openly opposes it, and that:

- Government agencies should be dismantled and the U.S. should be broken up into "patchworks" controlled by tech oligarchs.

- The elite tech billionaires should rule because they have the intelligence to "fix" society.

- The "masses are asses" too dumb to govern themselves.

The strategy is to gut the government via R.A.G.E (Retire All Govt Employees) to make government incapable of operating.

Then to replace government with private corporations.

To eliminate elections because they are "obsolete."

To use distraction and chaos to prevent public resistance.

Trump is their useful tool to be disposed of as soon as they can wrest control.

This is why Elon wears a black MAGA hat. They are not Trump supporters, they are "Dark MAGA.”

This isn't a hypothetical. The plan is already in motion:

- Musk, Thiel, and their network are actively dismantling democratic institutions.

- JD Vance, the “MAGA heir,” is being positioned to help implement this transition.

- The public is too distracted to realize what’s happening.

- If successful, democracy in America will be permanently replaced by a corporate-run authoritarian state.

That's it. Now that you understand that you can see how everything that's happening fits within that lens.

Now the only question is what do we do about it?

That's my Dark Ted Talk. Thanks for listening.”

Colonialists don’t buy land. What is happening is the re-colonialisation of lands which became “sovereign” either by enclosure (eg Great Britain) or by the enforced statehood eg United States.

None of the land that humans live on belonged to anybody originally - humans had a relationship with the ground which was based on stewardship rather than being extractive.

Yikes. I mean, what we’re talking about is essentially Versailles during the late 1700s. The elite nobles get to live lavish lifestyles while the peasants make that lifestyle possible. And we all know how that turned out. Do Theil, Musk, Bezos, and Zuck (among others) get that the working class in the U.S. is among the most heavily armed in the world? I just can’t imagine any of this coming to fruition without bloody confrontation.

Honestly? Unless there is some faction within the military that opposes Trump and is willing to oust him, I don’t see how this ends any other way. Even then, there will be some bloodshed.

This is just 21st century Nazism, breeding a master race, disdain for the weak, hatred of democracy, building a new society and submitting to a dictatorial elite. Call it what it is it’s Nazism reimagined and lovers of freedom and democracy must fight it. America in 2025 is like the Weimar Republic in 1933 who rolled over and gave Hitler the chancellorship.

All the fancy names is just a bunch of BS. What this really is, "let's build a system that is backed by high tech and robotics, so there will be no way the slaves can rebel," it will be perfect. I think these tech boys grew up and soaked up the internet so much that they think you can create an app and by clicking on a button they can eliminate everything and create whatever life they desire. It will not work.

It won’t work, I agree. But the Yarvin/Techbro, ProPutin, Project 2025 combo in the White House is a five alarm fire and it’s going to take all of us to put it out.

The interesting thing to me is there is no mention of how this society operates. You can 'exit' so it is not a slave culture. So that pretty much leaves a return to feudal peasantry? That would be the only way to produce goods or provide services in this model.

Kelli, so far they’ve raised 500 million? I guess Im not that worried. 500 million from all of these billionaires? What’s that going to buy them, some concrete, cinder blocks and steel I-beams for their shining utopia? Wake me up when we they hit 500 billion, then you’re talking about some real money. I think the Tolkien books must be the most well worn reading material on the shelves of these drug addled morons because the illustration of the city of Praxis bears, I dunno, a stunning similarity to Gondolin? And I hope the Tolkien estate was paid tall money for Peter Thiel’s theft of the word “Palantir” that he has placed on his odious facial recognition spyware. These guys are textbook examples of arrested development: none of them, for all of their wealth and brains, has gotten past the age of 15 in their thinking, their perception of the world, or their outlook on life. Like all teenage boys they are thoughtlessly cruel and self-absorbed. Elon Musk has probably calculated that without Hitler causing WWII, and all those millions of people dying, the right circumstances for his birth would never have occurred. So Adolf Hitler was a good thing, as Martha Stewart likes to say. This kind of self absorption and narcissism is bad for the individual and detrimental to society. I note as well, that there’s a lot of Jews involved in this, and they’re all Zionist scum. Can’t have the dwarves ie Jews, living in the elven, ie Gentile, city of Praxis. Not in the Tolkien books boys.

Throughout my life, we've allowed corporations and their obscenely wealthy owners to control society more and more. It started in the 70s, accelerated under Reagan and was coopted by Ds under Clinton and Obama.

Maybe as a result, the kind of person chasing this level of power has changed.

Mitt Romney is no great guy but his type believes they owe something to the society around them.

In the race to the bottom, we've replaced those types with libertarians who have entirely self centered views of the world unashamedly and followed that with tech Bros who are literally mentally ill.

These people are the super wealthy equivalent of Bill Belichick: great at one thing. But you wouldn't want a person like Bill running your society. His myopic illness works great for running an a football team. But you don't want him dating your sister and definitely not running your country.

But when you turn your government over to whoever has the most money, here we are. The people chasing that level of wealth are, by definition, mentally ill. A sane world would let them have their tiny place, like we do with Belichick, but we wouldn't let them take over.

But we did it before they arrived. The question now is are we going to live on their island or vote them out? It won't be easy.

Yes. Mitt Romney. I am uninterested in discussing his religion except as it relates to his public policy choices.

As the governor of my state he created a healthcare program that was borrowed by this guy you may have heard of: Obama. Romney also publicly opposed Trump.

R leaders of a prior generation were more like him. But Ds joined him (see Obamacare) and we are in what appears to be a death spiral.

But what's the end game if they have a demoralized, disempowered populous who would rather fight and die than become slave labor for them? I suppose just like those certain law firms and universities have caved into fear there will likely be people who will succumb to their intimidations, but if we stick together in big enough numbers and let them fight against each other which will, of course, eventuality happen anyway, what can they do? What will they have to control?

Someone will want to be the head hauncho and how is that going to work? You think there won't be a further thinning of the group once they hit a certain stage? They will keep refining and refining until it's someone's vision of perfection. And you know what that means for anyone of color. And do you think Bezos wants to take orders from a Zuckerberg? Or Musk take orders from a Thiel? Can you see Putin living peacefully alongside Trump if they want the same land mass or work force? How are they going to divide land so everyone feels as important as the other? The egos will be running amuck. And with nothing left to conquer won't they all simply get bored? The crazy thing is even if they get what they want I believe it will all self-implode on them if it's not based in humanity. What makes a nation is the will of the people. And no matter how much money you have THAT is not for sale.

The sad thing is that the wealthy and elites are forgetting that it takes the working class to make them successful and rich. If they have no buyers for their products, they have nothing. Rich doesn’t mean smart.
